Planted with Light included a combination of things relating to running a wedding photography business. Most of the day was spent going over business and marketing related topics, but I also wanted to include a shoot with a ‘real’ couple (not models) to show the attendees how I interact with my couples, and get the shots that I want. I was so privileged to have the incredible Kate Holland from Ruby & Willow style a beautiful setting with amazing details relating to the theme of the workshop ‘Planted with Light’. This was great to show the workshop attendees how I would approach detail shots and table settings at a real wedding. Last week I shared the behind the scenes photographs from the workshop and shoot, and today I’m so excited to share the outcome of our shoot! Claire & Alex from Claire Mossong Photography were so kind to let me (and 15 others!) point cameras their way. I just want to say a HUGE thank you to these two. You guys were incredible!
