Bonnie & Quyn had been together a little over 8 years, when Quyn proposed. Bonnie told me it all started on one unassuming Friday night when they were sitting in their home after returning from the Botanical Gardens Moonlight Cinema. As Bonnie sat on the couch flipping through the channels on the TV, Quyn pulled her onto his lap to say, “Happy 100 Months.” Bonnie did a quick mental calculation and realised that it had indeed been exactly 100 months since the day he became her boyfriend.

The next words out of his mouth were, “honey you gotta go pack a bag.” When Bonnie asked why, Quyn replied “I’m taking you on a holiday… to Bali.” Bonnie was shocked and unbeknownst to her, Quyn had planned a getaway to celebrate their 100 month anniversary.

5 hours later they touched down in Bali, where they were picked up by a driver and whisked to the beautiful Four Seasons resort. Later that night, over a romantic candlelight dinner by the beach in a private gazebo, Quyn dropped down on one knee, pulled out a beautiful ring that he had chosen all by himself and asked her to marry him.
