It was unexpected. Brendan is the type of guy who does things boldly and is full of adventure, but when the time came to ask Shae an important question, he didn’t need adventure or hype. There was a poem and a simple proposal, to which Shae said yes. I LOVE getting to know the couples I photograph, everyone has a unique story to tell and it’s amazing how 2 people, sometimes from opposite ends of the earth, find each other. Brendan & Shae are to be wed in South Africa next year, in February. To Brendan & Shae, thank you for the privilege in allowing me to capture a small part of your journey, you guys are absolutely meant to be together and I’m already jealous of your wedding photographer :) Kate xx
