Charlotte & Edward pledged their love for one another surrounded by their closest family and friends in the sand dunes overlooking Karekare, an amazing black-sand beach on the west coast of New Zealand. Charlotte had spent her childhood just a few metres back from the beach, in the house where the reception was held and where her parents still live. When I arrived at Charlotte’s preparations at her Grandmothers house, it was like walking into a scene from a Jane Austen novel. The room was filled with shrieking girls, hand clapping games, gasps of adoration of each other and especially of Charlotte. Edward and Charlotte, what a joy it was to be part of your beautiful relaxed wedding day! Your love for one another was completely transparent – I hope this is the start of many more wonderful memories and moments together xx
