A few posts ago I was raving about a new camera that I had won, the Diana!
So here are my first attempts (and Sam’s) :)
This is all shot on Tiritiri Matangi Island which is on the Hauraki Gulf 30km’s from Auckland Central. We had such an amazing time here, there were birds galore that weren’t afraid of you because they are hanging out on a protected island, so we naturally took lots of photographs! (We had my digital camera too). The Manuka was flowering and it has the most intoxicatingly BEAUTIFUL smell! Sam and I just wanted to lie amongst it’s goodness and breathe deeply for awhile…it was heavenly.
So anyway, it was pretty exciting getting these prints developed not knowing what you were going to get…I think that’s half the fun of using this fab camera! I hope you enjoy our 1960’s themed trip to Tiritiri through these photographs x
